The Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success invites departments, organizations, businesses, civic, and community partners to provide information that will help students connect with the resources that they need to be successful at Albany State University. Our Ram Fair is your opportunity to promote your department, business or organization to hundreds of new and prospective Golden Rams and their families who will visit our campus. The Ram Fair will take place on the campuses of Albany State University. The location will vary between east and west campus. We will provide a table and two chairs, and you provide the rest! If you need electricity, please indicate in the “Special Requests” section on this form below. Plan and prepare for at least 250 students, parents, and guests for the upcoming orientation.

Please be advised of the following things:

  1. Food that is not pre-packaged is not allowable
  2. Wi-Fi is available on campus
  3. There are limited portals for electricity, please specify if you need it in the special request section of this request
  4. All tables must be skirted, tablecloths will be available upon request by the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success.
  5. Please make sure that you are available for the full duration of the table fair

All vendors are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time. Prior day set up may be available, if space is available. We look forward to your participation!
